the staff was very very nice, kind with every request. the room was reasonably spacious and brand, new and offered a hair dryer, a bidet, and a walk, in shower, so that guests had essentials. the location was great and particularly good, just a short stroll away from a 73rd, floor observatory.

This hotel has an ideal location, just a few minutes away from the bus station to Petra. the staff, led by Bilal, are friendly, supportive, and genuine. the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the heating system is perfect for cold weather. the guests can enjoy the facilities like kettle, small refrigerator, and easy access to money exchange and local cafes.

We had a wonderful stay at سما عمان للشقق الفندقية Sama Amman Hotel. the staff, especially Mr Ahmad and Mr Omar, were extremely friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to answer our questions and assist us. the hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the Boulevard and Jabal AlHusein market. Despite being close to these attractions, the area was quiet at night. Transportation to downtown was easily accessible. the rooms were clean and the furniture was in great shape.

The location was very convenient, it was close to the bus station and there were lots of nearby shops where I could purchase essentials. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always greeting with a smile and making an effort to be polite. I appreciated the heating in the room, which was very effective and made me feel comfortable when I was inside.

There were no breakfast options provided, especially since the hotel had a kitchen in the room. the room wasn't very spacious and I felt cramped at times.

During my New Year's stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the clean and spacious room that provided a comfortable bed and a good heating system. the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the main bus station that takes you to a popular tourist destination. the friendly staff were always helpful and provided useful advice for first-time visitors to the city.

The hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast, which is expected in most hotels. the kitchenette in the room lacked some basic utensils that prevented guests from cooking their own meals.
